If you have questions about your subscription or these terms, or need help with billing, customer service, or other issues, email us at support@transitiontimes.net. We try to respond promptly to all inquiries.  

Subscriptions and Billing 

Transition Times and Nelder Notes are supported by paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) and renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store your payment information.

No Refunds Policy 

All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or failure to cancel before renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue through the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Cancellation 

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the “Manage subscription” link in your emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation. 

Access to Content 

Paid subscriptions provide access to premium content, including Nelder Notes and other subscriber-only materials. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue content offerings at any time.

Pricing Changes 

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any changes will apply to future billing periods and will be communicated in advance. Continued use of the subscription after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes 

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue promptly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Termination 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
